  • Supplier shall possess a minimum of BizSafe Level 3.
  • Suppliers should preferably have a track record of 5 years working on projects of similar industrial size of the vast land size (50,000 m2) and multi-storey built up of estimated 30,000 m2. Familiar and experience with JTC industrial site return with all structures demolished.
