Unlike previous times, a registration fee is no longer necessary.

However, the winning Tenderer will be required to pay a fee of $2,000 upon signing the Letter of Award, to cover our tender administration cost. This is a new approach we are testing out for public tenders, so feel free to provide any feedbacks.

The primary intention is to not alienate any new suppliers without any prior working relationship or track record with ComfortDelGro and to incentivise all suppliers to participate in our tenders. We more than welcome any new suppliers to become partners with ComfortDelGro.

We would like to emphasize that ComfortDelGro remain completely agnostic/neutral to any brand, product, model, technology and supplier, in this tender. As an act of transparency, in the event you may allege any significant product/technology/brand/ model/ supplier bias in our tender specifications, please feedback to [email protected] and we shall address your concerns first-and-foremost.
